"Fuels" by Jacob Gasiorowski

Man, we are the dominant species on our planet Earth. Humans can even control the earth’s climate its self sadly this is something new and at first we didn’t know what was causing it. A few years ago man had its answer to what was changing the climate it was us the very fuels the we use to power our way of life was doing our civilization had finally grown so large it was affecting the earth’s its self, the only question is now what can be done to fix the problem?

The most common fuel we use is fossil fuel or commonly known as oil. We use oil to make gasoline which we use to run a great many machines most especially cars. Cars come in all sizes but 99% of all the cars today are still run by gasoline. The very machines we use as transportation to run our very way of life are literally destroying our planet and something must be done.

The simple fact is the as long as we use these fuels to run our cars we will continue to poison and destroy our world. There is a solution though there is other cleaner fuels that put out very little pollution or even none at all. How ever for any of these fuels to help they must be used world wide in unison with all other countries.

The problem with using another fuel is that it’s more expensive to make the other kinds of fuel such as ethanol or the electric car. In my opinion large corporations don’t make these fuels because the auto makers have not made enough cars that can use these fuels. The federal government should force these auto makers to begin making cars that use these fuels. If the auto makers begin to make cars that can use other fuels then the prices for those fuels would go down because the market has gone up for them such as oil did when it was first introduced.
